Help with Shader Error

Unreal Crashes when I try to bake, and its bake anything. My latest file crashed, it was a black file where I added a cube, sphere, cylinder and ‘without starter content’. It crashed. PS. it happens with all versions, my windows is up to date.

I’m seeing this - or a similar error - when starting Unreal 4.18 - Currently unable to do open any projects or create new ones.
