Accept the license agreements

I already accept the lisance agreements in the project settings-android tab in the accept button event its not clickable again but in the build i get this error:

FAILURE: Build failed with an exception.
UATHelper: Packaging (Android (ATC)): * What went wrong:

and lastly this:

UATHelper: Packaging (Android (ATC)): ERROR: cmd.exe failed with args /c “C:\Users\Pelin\Desktop\MyProject\Intermediate/Android/APK\gradle\rungradle.bat” :app:assembleRelease

Same problem. I build my project with Ant but my game stopped and crashing. I build with Gradle and get this error.

try to delete the “android-sdk-license” file in your android-sdk-windows / licenses directory. and accepts the sdk license again in project settings → android.
if the problem persists, disable “enable grade instead of ant” in project settings → android

I tryed it several times what you said and with different android export settings even development build doesnt matter every time i get this error i even delete entire nvpack and redownload but none of it seems working

Same problem on my end. Also did a clean install of the CodeWorksforAndroid-1R6u1-windows, and refreshed the license several times.
Also now apps that used to package for GearVR under 4.17 don’t seem to work even with ANT on 4.18.

Any Luck with this? I’m having the same Issue

Never had this problem in 4.16 and 4.17

try the @Rusel2050 solution

  1. Downloaded Android Studio
  2. Installed Android Studio. She found a folder with the Android SDK installed, I did not change it.
  3. Removed the license from / android-sdk-windows / licenses.
  4. Accepted the license in Ue4 again.

Removing the license file didn’t work for me, but forcing the use of Ant through the setting you suggested did the trick. Thanks.

You can do it this way

write on the command line: android update sdk --no-ui --filter build-tools-25.0.0,android-25,extra-android-m2repository

then press y

it’s worked

This worked. I rebuilt my PC this week and was running into this error when trying to launch on GearVR. Using the command line you provided solved the problem for me. Thanks!

hi, if you clicked the small help box at the error it would of opened here lol

got the same problem, open the license file in android sdk with notepad, it should have only a key like this 8933bad161af4178b1185d1a37fbf41ea5269c55, but when you accept the sdk license it puts a white line before and have error.

just remove the white line
