Use in public exhibition project

Hi all,

we are thinking about using Unreal Engine in a project during a public exhibition at a tradeshow. The use case is to show new mobility concepts and ideas my company (automotive company) is trying to communicate to potential customers and visitors. This VR experience (a scripted ride) should be driven by Unreal. We are not selling any product directly related to this presentation, its more to let visitors experience how we think future mobility will look like.

Does this fall under the free EULA?

Certainly that kind of use is permitted under the EULA. I guess you’re asking whether that use is free under the EULA, and the answer is also yes. I say that because there appears to be no revenue from the use you outlined.
