  1. Open TPP Default Project
  2. Hit command r.ScreenPercentage 300
  3. Hit command r.ScreenPercentage 100 or anything else
  4. Game and Editor are slow

I followed the steps you provided and could not reproduce the behavior you are experiencing.

Could you provide more information on your system specs? If possible, please run dxdiag and provide the data from there.
