Android Unknown Cook Failure

Hello All, I had installed android sdk with the tutorials on UE4’s website unfortunately editor crashes everytime I either try to launch directly to my device or try to package for android.

Also Im doing this on an empty project, it just has basic controls and the default level.

In my case only the ASTC type was failling with this error…Building for other texture types was successful .
