I can’t seem to install version 4.16.3, the only versions that show up are 4.15.0, 4.16.0, 4.17.0 etc.
sometimes launcher does not work well for me either - it is messing up installed versions and what is available. What I do to remedy it I completely restart the launcher. It helps until next time I notice that versions are messed up again… Like few minutes ago instead of 4.18.0 I had 4.18.0 preview 4. Restarting it helped, but I did that already few times this week…
