Using blender fbx to skeletal mesh

So im modding for games that use UE4.16 and Ive got this hierarchy where the parent scale perfect but its children…Some how shrunk or squash against it’s self and Has anyone find a way around that. Also another note is that skeletal mesh are not able to be updated in run time when i try to scale it in the editor. It like the default size get use rather then following the edit of the skeletal mesh target.
