Unreal engine crashing

hello, this is my first time asking a question here, i hope im doing it right. whenever i save and close my project i get this crash log and i dont know whato to do as im new to unreal
i have a backup version for when an enrror happens but im not sure on how to handle any crashes at all so my jo is not lost but ive been stuck with a crash and i have been reopening my backup zipfile everytime. it didnt gaveme any errors before. can someone help me?
