We also see these warning. They started when we upgraded from 4.17.* to 4.18.

Yes and they are not just on windows same case on Linux Unreal Build Mac and Android png files are unreadable by the system.

Hey, I fixed this by copying these missing files from a distributed editor build downloaded through the Epic Launcher.
