How do I create a destructible mesh?

So I picked up UE4.18 recently, and I can’t figure out how to create a destructible mesh.

Is it a bug, or am I just being oblivious?

Go to Plugins, search for Apex, enable it and restart the editor.

From the 4.18 notes:

Physics APEX Destruction has been
moved to a plugin and is now disabled
by default.
