Why do I get "Failed to connect to Swarm"?

Hello Guys.
So I just downloaded the Unreal Engine version 4.18.0.
After creating new level and adding stuff i started getting that message on the screen saying “Lighting needs to be rebuilt”. and every time i try to build I get the error “Failed to connect to Swarm”.
How can I fix that ?.

I think your firewall settings on your machine might be blocking the connection, whenever I install the newest engine I have to allow it for both Public and Private network access. That might not be your issues but something I would check.
