Runtime error with the launcher

Hello; i get an editor runtime error (0xc000007b) when i try to run UnrealEngineLauncher.exe

Dwalker brought some missing dll:

i have repaired every microsoft redistribuable c++ and got directx aswell and i dont know how to use procmon properly so i dont know how to find my problem

Here are my dxdiag; dwalker and procmon logs (procmon logs have UnrealEngineLauncher.exe and EpicgamesLauncher.exe as filters)

upgraded the os to win10 but the problem is still showing,!

also i cant find these dll in syswow64 or system 32 folders
