Crash on Unloading stream level in PIE and in Game.
Steps:

  1. Create new map named Main. Save
  2. Create new map named Map1 (drug something (box) into map1 ). Save
  3. Load Main map and check Enable World Composition in World Settings. Yes.
  4. Load Map1 under Persistent Level in Level Window.
  5. Change position of something (box) in Map1. Do not Save
  6. Unload Map1 by right click on Map1 in Level Window. Press Yesin Message Window.

You will get crash on it. If not, repeat steps from 4.

I have Installed unreal 4.18 on another computer. Work’s fine, no crash. May be bad installation on first comp.

Hello Maslobojik,

Are you still having the crash that you reported? If so, could you try verifying your engine installation?

Example:

50416-verifyenginehelp.png

verified my engine. No result. crash again. Also reinstalled engine, crash too. May be lacks of some Microsoft C++ dlls ?

If uncheck Enable World Composition and manually add maps into persistent level, work’s fine, no crash.
So, bug in Enable World Composition in 4.18.

Hello Maslobojik,

I have run multiple tests on our end and I have not been able to reproduce this issue. Could you provide the complete callstack including machine ID for the crash that you receive when this issue occurs?
