Animation retargeting issue on UE4's Infil1_Redshirt_SK

see the attached pictures to get an idea what is happening

after i re-targeted animations from AnimeStartter packs’s mannequin to Infil1_Redshirt_SK skeletal then this what happening can anybody tell me how to fix this ???
ASAP!!
