Visible map shading without light

Hello, everyone. I am new to this engine and currently i importing the map into the scene. but, i am wondering if there’s possibility to make map visible throughout the scene WITHOUT use of single light source.

for easier explanation i included the screen-shot, focused on 3D mesh in blender software. In blender, the scene shading is set to GLSL with ‘Lights’ is unticked so the map will not influence by any light source (btw the ‘light’ and ‘shadow’ effect in the scene actually part of TEXTURES). so i want to achieve the same effects in UE4.

p/s: The model you’ve seen above is imported from MMD with MMD-tools.
