Unreal 4.18 build status stuck at (Rebuilding Geometry (100%)

Just installed 4.18 and went to rebuild my lighting. As soon as i click build it literally goes straight too Rebuilding Geometry (100%)…

It doesnt move from there… Im looking at the swarm agent and i see no tasks being processed on any computer… including the one that initiated the build…

Swarm log doesnt tell me much… Not sure its relevant at all…

the problem is usually stuck at "Rebuilding Geometry (100%) " or “Cleaning Up… (100%)”

Also I have narrowed it down to only 1 of the sub levels doing it… Not sure why… it worked in the last version before upgrading to the next iteration of the engine…

I tried moving all actors to a brand new sublevel… but then that brand new sublevel has that problem… So what would cause this now?

It looks like the problem levels “problem” was an hlod cluster… once i deleted the cluster the build went through… wonder why…
