Character dying, I don't know why

Hello, My main character dies after a while even if I do anything. It has a life system but It’s not the problem, because when my life reachs cero, my character dies without using destroy actor inside the blueprint system, instead of doing that It reloads the level again. The thing is when my character dies without a reason it destroys the actor.
I tried to solve the issue doing the next: I removed the killzvolume1 and I looked inside my blueprint for destroy actor function but It’s not there.
So what it could be? It’s happening even if I open an empty level.

So finally I find out what was the problem, I solve it creating the blueprint of my character again, i use the same functions of the original blueprint and it works now. I think it was some code malfunction.
