Strange Vertex (at least seamingly) drag when rotating around character

I’m new to Game Development and I just imported my character and set up some very basic camera controls. When I rotate around my character there is a strange drag as if the vertices of the 3D model were lagging behind. I assume it has something to do with the camera settings but I really don’t know. it only happens when i simulate the game. I took a screenshot while rotating around the character.

Does anybody know why it’s doing this?

This was a stupid question. Just turned off motion blur in Post Process Volume.
