Packaging fails while cooking for windows after upgrade to 4.18

I have a problem with cooking for windows after upgrading to 4.18 and cannot package. I have been looking everywhere on forums, but couldn’t find any information on how to fix my problem.
Whenever I cook for windows I get a lot of errors. For the most part I keep getting Ambigous Search messages, my cooking will not finish and it will crash multiple times. This happens after upgrading to 4.18, I did not get these errors in 4.17. Does anyone know how to fix this? And what does Ambigous search refer to? I attached the log file. I just made a fresh new scene in Unreal Engine migrated just one Blueprint actor and it happened again. Same error. “Ambigous Search”. The Blueprint actor is alright though, does not give any compilation errors and also works on other projects.
