Foliage on landscape layer seems dont working for me, please help

Hello. I created the world composition map with 36 sqares, each 1km size.
Then i am created “Landscape material” with blended layers:

Added a “Procedurial Foliage” right in to the material from “Landscape Grass Type” static mesh.
I got layer named “Layer Grass Ground” or “Grass Ground” or “GrassGround_LayerInfo_FULL” tryed them all.
Then i am created “Foliage type” and added it to Grass Ground layer, and it fill all over the map with grass.

And after all i decide to make trees like a foliage, not as actors. And met that problem.

I cant paint “Foliage” on exist layer called “Grass Ground”
When i am set “Target Layer” inside the “Foliage Type” to none, foliage can be painted, but on all layers.
Please help me with that, i surfed net a three days long and cant find nothing. =(
And also ssry for my english, not my language.

I notice that all works that i want on “Landscape” type.
But seems not working on “Landscape Streaming Proxy”
