Changing the "reference" mesh of instances in fbx scene import

I am currently trying to import a scene, but have run across the issue of UE4 only importing the first mesh it finds as the “reference” mesh for all of the other instances to use. I want to pick any object in the scene, and use it as the original mesh to be created and cloned out in UE4.

Mesh it is attempting to use as the reference mesh. I want to use “coolcube_001” instead as the reference mesh.

Join the single mesh instances in you Model Programm to one mesh instance.

In Blender you have to mark every mesh and click “Join” on the left side of the screen.
