I’m trying to recording some gameplay footage on my low end computer for a trailer that I am making. I wanted to use the sequence recorder because I know it has the ability to render the game at its highest graphical settings. Problem is though that the actors that I set to record are all facing the wrong way in the rendered video. My player character continually faces a single direction (west in this case) throughout the video despite the fact that I recorded my player character running around to a fro in a bunch of different directions. And my enemies are oriented sideways at right angles in such a way that their feet don’t even touch the ground. Now I figured I could maybe resuscitate the recording by manually going in to the sequence editor and reorienting all actors manually. It’s a tedius process but nothing I’m not unwilling to do to get this project finished. However I noticed that when I go into the sequence editor everything is where it should be and the recorded sequence plays flawlessly. So somehow the error is showing up when the sequencer captures to video. I’m not sure why it would be doing this but I’m hoping if I let you guys know then it could be patched soon.
EDIT: On sceond glance my enemies seem to be oriented erroneously even within the sequence editor but my character still has the glitch where it faces the wrong way only upon video render and not within the sequencer editor and playback there in.
