Undo Landscape changes causes navigation to be fully rebuilt
It appears that when you undo (ctrl + z) any changes done via sculpting etc the navigation of the whole level is rebuilt.
It is fairly easy to replicate this, place a landscape, place a navigation volume, sculpt then ctrl + z. You will notice the navigation will rebuild the whole level, not just un-done areas.
