Using Substepping

I am creating a project using add force at location to jump. The problem is, when the frame rates are low, the force seems much greater sending the character flying. I have done research and I see substepping is a solution. I am fairly new to unreal engine so I don’t get how to do it. Can someone please walk me through the process to do this? My project is in blueprint but i am fine with going to c++ if needed. Please make the explanation simple. Thanks! :smiley:
