Search help

  • Simple searches use one or more words. Separate the words with spaces (cat dog) to search cat,dog or both. Separate the words with plus signs (cat +dog) to search for items that may contain cat but must contain dog.
  • You can further refine your search on the search results page, where you can search by keywords, author, topic. These can be combined with each other. Examples
    • cat dog --matches anything with cat,dog or both
    • cat +dog --searches for cat +dog where dog is a mandatory term
    • cat -dog -- searches for cat excluding any result containing dog
    • [cats] —will restrict your search to results with topic named "cats"
    • [cats] [dogs] —will restrict your search to results with both topics, "cats", and "dogs"

Unable to download 4.3.0 Content Examples, even though I have access to 4.3.0 itself.

Hi,

I've got access to Unreal Engine 4.3.0, but the Content Examples and the other samples found on the marketplace are unavailable. It tells me I need to subscribe.

If it helps, my subscription went from Active to Inactive at the 17th of July. Before that, I downloaded 4.3.0 both from the launcher and from GIT. Here's a screenshot:

I'm afraid none of that helped. Not even the DNS change.

I even tried to remove 4.3.0 to try and readd it, but now it says Subscribe absolutely everywhere (so at least it's consistent now ;)) on 4.3.0 too so now I'm totally locked out.

Hi Stefan,

Our accounts team is not showing any payments having been received. Can you confirm that the payment is showing for you? There is a possibility it simply did not go through.

EDIT: If you could, switch to 4.2.1 and see if you have the ability to download the examples from marketplace there. If so that will give us more information to work with to figure out exactly what has occurred. Thank you!

Hi Adam,

I switched to 4.2.1 and all the samples that are available for 4.2.1 are downloadable.

Is there some way you guys could enable 4.3 manually for me? I would like to continue to use it, and its release date was before the expiration of my account.

Edit: No payments? I've attached a screenshot from my account.

My subscription expired on the 17th of July and 4.3 was released on the 16th. I guess I could just resubscribe (I plan to anyway) but I wouldn't want this to happen each time it expires.

Have you been a subscriber previously? If so around what time were you subscribed and when did your subscription end? Did you use another email address for your subscription? If so what was that email address? Thank you!

Hello Adam yes you are correct am using a diferent email for my subscription. Its registerd under "personal information removed by WCode" and it has been registerd since 04/07/2014 18:19:27 GMT+02:00. My Last payment was: 07/08/2014 07:31:54 GMT+02:00

Hi Stefan,

Can you please check to see if you are now able to access the downloadable content for 4.3. Make sure you restart the launcher to allow it to update properly. If you are still having trouble. Please post here and let us know. Thank you!

Hi Stefan, I just looked into this issue and your setup was completely fine. It was an issue on our end due to transitioning from 4.3 pre-release to release, which I have just resolved. Please try again and let me know if you still have any issues.
