Search help

  • Simple searches use one or more words. Separate the words with spaces (cat dog) to search cat,dog or both. Separate the words with plus signs (cat +dog) to search for items that may contain cat but must contain dog.
  • You can further refine your search on the search results page, where you can search by keywords, author, topic. These can be combined with each other. Examples
    • cat dog --matches anything with cat,dog or both
    • cat +dog --searches for cat +dog where dog is a mandatory term
    • cat -dog -- searches for cat excluding any result containing dog
    • [cats] —will restrict your search to results with topic named "cats"
    • [cats] [dogs] —will restrict your search to results with both topics, "cats", and "dogs"

Editor Whited Out

See screenshot, one day my UE now shows white which means i cannot edit blueprints as its a white box.

This was working previously while i was testing the editor. Nothing was pressed just closed the editor and now it loads like so.

Unlucky, I guess. Glad to hear you manage to sort it. Consider marking you own answer as resolved, perhaps it will help some else who stumbles upon a similar issue.

Is UE4 the only program that behaves like that?

You could try resetting the layout: Window>Reset Layout

Although, it does look more like a driver issue. What's you OS and video card?

Yes the only program that looks like this. Video Card GTX 1080 Ti - Windows 10

Did windows > Reset Layout still the same I open epic games launcher then immediately as I press laucnh UE editor it shows a white box asking what project to open.

Uve got updated GFX card drivers and all my drivers are up-to-date.

It's a modern card, alright! ;p. Not the driver then.

Did it happen when you updated the editor? Is there anything special about your system? Like running an exotic/fancy overlay? Wallpaper engine or something out of ordinary?

This does not affect the windows toolbar, does it? How fast does the editor feel, as responsive as before?

Kind of looks like Windows high-contrast mode on steroids.

No updates, nothing special on the system Just a few games and UE4 pretty much.

No overlays or wallpapers none of that stuff.

No effect on the windows bar just inside the editor.

Having a look into the settings now see if theres anything wrong or enabled that shouldnt be that i missed but id id default everything to try fix it so unsure :S

Thanks for the responses :) <3
