Sound attenuation not working at all

I’m hoping someone can help me with a simple sound attenuation issue.
I’ve added my sound into UE4, created a sound cue, and added the sound cue into the viewport.
I’ve configured my attenuation settings as per a view videos on youtube, but it still plays instantly when I test the level.
The PlayerSpawn is not in the radius, so not sure why it’s playing.
Any idea why it’s doing that?
