Cook Failed - Unknown Cook Error
So I'm relatively new to UE4, and I'm trying to package my game for windows 64 bit, but I'm getting an unknown cook error. I have no idea what it is. One, possibly unrelated thing is it's telling me I need Visual Studio 2015, but I'm only using blueprints and behavior trees. I've also been able to package in the past.

Can someone tell me why this is happening and how I can fix it?
Also, please don't tell me to delete Config, Saved, and Intermediate, because last time I did that it deleted everything in by Content folder. (I had a backup)
I'm using First Person blueprint template if it helps.
