Vehicle not moving but inputs seems to go to the right BP

Hello,

I suspect a bug, because I never could achieve any moving vehicle in version 4.18

can someone have a look ?

(Icare should be taken I have changed the defaut settings to use european keyboard, so w->z & a->q)
