Search help

  • Simple searches use one or more words. Separate the words with spaces (cat dog) to search cat,dog or both. Separate the words with plus signs (cat +dog) to search for items that may contain cat but must contain dog.
  • You can further refine your search on the search results page, where you can search by keywords, author, topic. These can be combined with each other. Examples
    • cat dog --matches anything with cat,dog or both
    • cat +dog --searches for cat +dog where dog is a mandatory term
    • cat -dog -- searches for cat excluding any result containing dog
    • [cats] —will restrict your search to results with topic named "cats"
    • [cats] [dogs] —will restrict your search to results with both topics, "cats", and "dogs"

why does my character's pawn rotate on the Y axis?,My character rotates on the Y axis when looking up/down.,Rotation problems in first person's mesh.

Having created a third person blueprint I managed to get the character to run/look around/jump/etc with some animations. Now I switched projects but my character seems to rotate on the Y axis when looking up and down. ,,

I've created a BP based off of the starter project Third person shooter and I managed to get the character to look where the camera rotates. But when tranferring the animation blueprint onto a first person shooter character blueprint the problem starts there:Moving the camera orients the whole mesh rather than just the neck. I even tried to remove the node I made to activate the neck rotation but the problem persists.

I have the same problem, was this issue resolved by any chance? or a different process used? Uncheck control rotation don't do anything apart from stopping the looking up and down completely.
