Search help

  • Simple searches use one or more words. Separate the words with spaces (cat dog) to search cat,dog or both. Separate the words with plus signs (cat +dog) to search for items that may contain cat but must contain dog.
  • You can further refine your search on the search results page, where you can search by keywords, author, topic. These can be combined with each other. Examples
    • cat dog --matches anything with cat,dog or both
    • cat +dog --searches for cat +dog where dog is a mandatory term
    • cat -dog -- searches for cat excluding any result containing dog
    • [cats] —will restrict your search to results with topic named "cats"
    • [cats] [dogs] —will restrict your search to results with both topics, "cats", and "dogs"

Crash upon loading Landscape sublevel

Hello, I have been working on an ARK: Survival Evolved map for about 6 months now and yesterday after finishing up some volume work in my volume sublevel I saved all my levels and did a manual backup. then I had a lockup happen after selecting too many assets in the map at once so I force closed the editor through the task manager and when I reloaded the editor and my persistent level I get an error followed by an editor crash when trying to load my terrain sublevel. I replaced the terrain level with my backed up version and I still get the crash. and there is no auto backup of that particular sublevel in the auto backup folder... my only working backup of that particular sublevel file is months old and incredibly out dated...

Im just curious if there is anyway to either debug a corrupted umap file, or somehow extract the heightmap from it so I dont have to attempt to re sculpt months of terrain work...

any help is greatly appreciated and please let me know if there is any other info you might need to help
