When signing into Epic Games Laucher, it crashes and shows it is not responding when clicking login. It works fine in offlie mode

when I open epic games launcher and go to login I am it says please wait then shows me the “Not Responding”. Can anyone help? ( it works fine in “Offline Mode”)
