Translucency light reflections wrong

Hello,
I am currently working on a translucent water material and can not get it to work properly when it comes to light reflections. Sun sets in real life spread light across the whole surface of the water which I cannot achieve.
I am using a translucent material and tried all lighting modes and many different configurations of metallic, specular, refraction and opacity.
What am I doing wrong? I tried making a new project, setting up reflection captures, changing my normal maps and changing the underlying objects material but nothing worked. All ue4 videos regarding light reflections on youtube do not seem to have this problem.
