FPS 30-40 when Blueprint Graph is open

I just got a new PC (Coffee lake 4.8ghz, 16gt DDR4, GTX1070). I installed fresh copy of Windows 10 and Unreal Engine. I loaded my old project from the GIT and tried to do some editing. Now, after i open any blueprint graph i have, the FPS in the PIE drops significally. If i close the graph, fps bumbs up to 120 or so. I tried to create new project and then copy my assets to there but same thing happens. I installed older version of Nvidia drivers but no luck. I am running out of options here. Everything worked great with my 3570 3.2ghz.

Any ideas where to start do some profiling? For what i know, this happens because the GPU. Stat Unit shows very high values for the GPU (something like 40). All my games are running fine and no problems with the GPU in Unreal if the blueprint graph is not open.
