Psychedelic Effects Using Post Process Material?

Hey folks! Kinda new to UE4. I am interested in recreating visual effects like the ones shown here, here and here if at all possible. The colorful geometric effects I would be applying to flat surfaces and the breathing/ pulsating/ morphing effect on just about anything else. Not sure if this would be the most achievable via post process materials or via another route entirely?
Any advice and or direction is greatly appreciated.
