CaptureEveryFrame=False produces green capture in packaged game

I have a scene capture cube with CaptureEveryFrame=False. It captures fine in standalone/PIE/editor, but after packaging for shipping, will produce a blank/green capture when loading the map.

I can work around it by having a delay in my game mode and then force re-capturing all scene captures, that works, but is obviously not intended and pretty hacky… so figured this should really be reported properly.

To reproduce, I suppose all you have to do is place a scene capture (I’m using a scene capture cube), use it in a material, then put it in a map and package the project (I use shipping config). Im just using the launcher version of 4.18.1.

I just had this bug as well.
