[GearVR] Incorrect performance measures with Profiler tool in 4.18

Has anyone tried to measure mobile performance with Profiler tool on 4.18? Behaves weird to me.
With fps drop it increases all the stat numbers that should be constant, like Base pass, for example. So with highest throttling settings at 60 fps Base pass of simple scene takes 5 ms., but with lowest throttling settings at 30 fps same scene takes up to 10 ms. When on older versions of the engine Base pass would be constant 5ms. and the fps drop was logged as Stalls here and there.
Now it’s pretty much impossible to get correct measurements of a particular BP or a Function.
