Can't Package Blueprint Only iOS Project on Windows

Hi!

I’m trying to package an iOS blueprint only project on Windows but I’m just getting an error.
I’ve tried with the Third Person template as well as a blank project and I get the exact same error every time.
If I try to disable plugins to troubleshoot it just wants to recompile the project and since I don’t have a Mac it’s not possible for me to do that.

This is an issue on both 4.17 and 4.18. It works perfectly on 4.16 however.

I’ve followed the exact steps in this guide: Setting Up an Unreal Engine Project for iOS | Unreal Engine 5.3 Documentation

The error seems to be:

Program.Main: ERROR: AutomationTool terminated with exception: System.FormatException: Input string was not in a correct format.

It’s just not very helpful.
