Clothing data ignore vertex color

I have Skeletal mesh with vertex color. If I apply clothing data then vertex color is ignored/reset to black.
This is a problem if Skeletal mesh is using material with vertex color component.
I am using 4.18 and new version of clothing system. Not sure what other relevant data may be needed.

Thank you for the assets, however I was unable to reproduce the issue. If you can put them in a uproject using the setup that you currently have/can provide a small test project I can take another look at it.

Thank you for looking at it. I made fresh project with skeletal mesh and simple material that applies vert color as base color. The moment i apply clothing data mesh turns black. Here is the link, should you need anything else please let me know.

Just wanted to say that we are also experiencing the same issue whenever creating new cloth in 4.18.2.

Our vertex color dependent effects disappear and we can see it has turned black when visualizing it in the editor using Show < Advanced < Vertex Colors.
