I was banned from the forums. Help?

I guess this is a forum bug post. I was banned for ‘spam’. I did a quick search, and see that this has happened to a few people over the past couple of months.

I’ve heard the spam filter can result in “false positives” which mean the wrong people gets banned, not sure how true it is but it seems plausible.
