My Editor crashes at 35% every time

I dont know why this is crashing at 35% every time…

I had similar issues. Not sure if it was the VSPerf140.dll thats missing but something like that. I searched a long long time for a solution. My problem was, that I deinstalled Visual Studio 2015 because I dought, VS 2017 would be enough. after reinstalling VS2015, the problem still occured and I didn’t find a better solution. I reinstalled the whole windows, installed VS2015 with the build tools, then VS2017 comunity with the necessary packages. (Lucky that I had to reinstall windows anyways)
