Iv’e been meaning to play your new game Fortnite…But I have been having issues with your launcher …First The launcher was not downloading but after some miracle it downloaded …I created an account and started to download Fortnite but it has been hours and the has not yet picked up any speed and is stuck at 0 Bits/s …I tried the solution here

Hey issue you are facing is very common and was faced by me and all my friends too. The epic games launcher shows 0 bits/sec download speed but in fact it downloads the game and updates at the speed a bit lower than your internet connection’s download speed. There is no solution to this because it just shows zero speed but really it is downloading the game. I hope my answer helped you and have a nice day.
