Keep the animation synchronized when using blend pose node

we have many run animations and the lower parts are same.When we use one animation as the input of lower body part and other animations plug into a blend pose node  as the

input of upper body part. we find that the upper body and lower body can’t keep synchronized when we switch the upper body animations. Is there a way can fix this?
