If you are from the support team please do not answer - you are not able to (i saw all your logic-empty answers)
It is not about UE 4.18 it is about ALL versions. There is the same problem. After 7 hours now i’m to 65% Verifying.
So i am asking for Ideas. Here is what i did unsuccessfully (you can read it just not to copy my mistakes):
- restart internet connection. (no result at all)
- pause and restart installation (it worked for a few seconds)
- restart the process (first time it worked for a minute and the second takes 5min for 1% verifying.)
- read the forum for Support Solutions - no result (they blame your side - slow internet etc. )
- Check internet speed - 24Mbps (that equals to 4MB/s so this is not the problem)
- thinking about package configuration problem - it is possible installation files to be in packages and jumping one to another process to be broken - but we have no power here.
