Access violation - code c0000005 (first/second chance not available)

Hey there, have you checked if PressurePlate or ActorThatOpens is not null? What is that UOpenDoor(); function you are calling? That seems like a constructor.

This is the output im getting from the UnrealEditor Crash log. As soon as I click play the editor crashes.

the only code I added was:

Took me 3 weeks, found the solution.

Turns out when I was doing the unreal engine course I duplicated a door which duplicated the C++ file with it, not realizing this when I added code to open the door with a pressureplate i forgot to select the TriggerVolume on both doors, this was what was causing the error and crash.
