Tick function removed prematurely

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Set Game Paused

  2. Spawn Widget Attached to view port

  3. Widget spawns Actor in constructor

    Actor Tick Properties are Tick even when paused and tick interval of 1/60 s

  4. Game Instance invokes remove all widgets

  5. Widget destruct is called. Do once → destroy spawned actor

This error occurs in PIE and standalone and will not occur if tick interval is 0
