win: 10 64 bit

Probably a windows 10 issue as Epic points out.
yesterday I made the format of the laptop, and now i have the newest win 10 update. can i return in previous version of win 10 or not ? sorry but i dont know very well this functions

You can roll back some of the newly installed updates and potentially delete them. Do this at your own risk or check Microsoft forums for more information:
Simply put, click on start > search for update, and open the Windows Update manager. Click on the View installed update history and on the top you will have the option to uninstall recent updates.
