Launch Game Fail

Hello,
Whenever I try to launch my game, it crashes saying these things:

  1. LogPlayLevel: ERROR: Stage Failed. Missing receipt ‘TheLost.target’. Check that this target has been built.

  2. PackagingResults: Error: Launch failed! Missing UE4Game binary.

  3. You may have to build the UE4 project with your IDE. Alternatively, build using UnrealBuildTool with the
    commandline:
    UE4Game

I can’t figure out how to fix this issue, but I just upgraded my computer and moved all of the files over from the old computer to the one I am on right now with a flash drive. I don’t know if that effected anything though I just thought I should say that in case you needed it.

Computer Specs:
Nvidia GTX 1080ti
Intel Core i7-8700k
32GB Memory
240gb M.2 Drive from WD (The game is on this.)
3TB HDD
Any answers will help.

Thanks!

I did not post the lists like that xD. I don’t know what happened but it didn’t put the spaces between the parts of the lists. Sorry if that bothers you…

Try verifying the engine, next to the Launch button inside Epics Launcher is a drop down to verify it. Let us know if it works

delete the saved and intermediate folders inside your game project folder and try re-opening the project

Nope, didn’t work :frowning:

Did not work :frowning: It now says stuff about Visual Studio 2015 needing to be installed but i use blueprints.

Did you install any of the latest C++ redistributes from Microsoft’s website to your new machine?

I just got Visual Studio, if you aren’t talking about that then no I haven’t downloaded that. Can you put a link to that here?
