Unreal Engine crash every time

Hello!
Im Big7777777. My Unreal Engine (UE 4.1.8.2 )always crashes when I try to open the program.I updated it, BUT THE F*CKING PC WANT NOT TO OPEN THIS PROGRAM!!! Im sorry,
But what can this be? The CPU always runs at 100%,and go crashing…I HAD DO EVRYTHING TO OPEN IT!!!

This is the Problem…

mmmm dont using mouse in editor when you have to click on buttons or any thing like FILE/EDITOR …
just using keyboard @_@

Hey man, did you find a way to fix this? I installed this earlier but I can’t even open this.
