How to Export 3ds max Mesh to Unreal and use Mannequin animation without retargetting

I want to be able to export my mesh character from 3ds max to unreal engine and make a skeleton in way enables me to use the mannequin animation without retargeting?
I use characters skinned to biped bones. Sometimes characters skinned in mixamo.
The main Idea is that I don’t want to use retargeting.
